Department: Customer Support - Operations

Reports To: Customer Support Manager

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to shipping, delivery status, delays, returns, and refunds
Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses, and courier services to resolve delivery issues
Manage order processing, dispatch updates, and documentation
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding lost, damaged, or delayed shipments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
Ensure adherence to SLAs and provide timely resolutions
Assist in return, exchange, and reverse logistics processes
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
