Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end management and execution of PEB projects from project handover/order receipt through engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, erection and final handover, ensuring timely delivery within approved cost, quality and safety standard.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete PEB projects from order booking/project handover to final completion and handover .
Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and execution plans .
Coordinate with Design/Engineering, Production, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, Logistics, Erection and Commercial teams .
Review approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
Monitor material procurement, fabrication, dispatch and site availability .
Coordinate and monitor PEB erection, roofing, cladding and associated civil/structural works .




Ensure availability and optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery and contractors .
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors and resolve project-related issues.
Monitor project progress against planned schedule and implement recovery plans for delays.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements .
Monitor project costs, material consumption, wastage and commercial implications.
Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare MIS/progress reports for management.
Identify project risks, bottlenecks and dependencies and escalate critical issues.
Ensure timely completion, commissioning, punch-point closure and final handover
