Outbound Calls: Contacting potential/existing clients to introduce services, pitch products, or schedule appointments.
Inbound Calls: Handling incoming queries and providing information regarding products.
Sales & Promotion: Convincing customers to purchase products or services to meet sales quotas.
Database Management: Recording details of calls, updating contact information, and maintaining customer records.
Following Scripts: Utilising company scripts to ensure consistent messaging while adapting communication styles.
Follow-ups: Reconnecting with leads to build relationships and close sales

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
