Key Responsibilities:
Assist in providing basic technical support to office users.
Help with installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Assist in resolving network, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity problems.
Help with software installation, updates, and antivirus checks.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Support onboarding of current employees with system setup.
Support basic tasks related to cloud-based tools and services under guidance.
Eligibility / Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Familiarity with Windows OS & Linux OS
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP address, LAN, router, switch).
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Solid willingness to learn and grow in IT infrastructure.
