Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients for real estate/commercial offerings
Explain property details, investment opportunities, and advantages
Generate leads and schedule site visits or follow-ups
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
Handle queries and provide accurate information to clients
Maintain call records and follow-up data

Key Requirements:
Prior experience in telecalling (real estate/commercial sales is a plus)
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Confident, presentable, and target-driven attitude
Ability to handle client objections and close leads

Preferred Profile:
Experience in real estate, property sales, or commercial investment calling
Robust persuasion and negotiation skills
Immediate joiners preferred
