Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable footwear
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain product display and store cleanliness
Handle billing and basic cash transactions
Keep track of stock and inform the team about replenishment needs
Build robust customer relationships for repeat business




Stay updated on product knowledge and new collections

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Prior retail or footwear sales experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
Basic understanding of billing and POS systems (preferred)
