Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive (Purchase) with a strong understanding of accounting and purchase processes, and good working knowledge of MS Excel and Zoho Books. This is an office-based role (no travel required) involving vendor coordination, purchase documentation, billing, compliance, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor coordination and follow-ups
Preparation of Purchase Orders (POs)
Entry and verification of purchase bills in Zoho Books
Generating e-way bills and challans
Handling TDS-related entries and basic compliance support
Maintaining and reconciling stock inventory records
Day-to-day accounting and purchase-related documentation
Advanced usage of MS Excel for reports and data management

Required Skills & Experience
Good understanding of accounting and purchase processes
Working knowledge of Zoho Books
Solid MS Excel skills (filters, formulas, basic reports,



etc.)
Attention to detail and positive record-keeping habits
Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
