Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs.
Handle data center operations and ensure optimal performance of infrastructure.
Perform server administration (Windows/Linux), including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Manage and support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar technologies.
Implement and monitor network security measures, including firewall configuration and management.
Conduct system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure high availability.
Manage backup processes, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies.
Perform hardware installation, rack setup, and cable management in data center settings.
Monitor power, cooling, and environmental conditions within the data center.




Maintain accurate documentation and follow change management processes for all IT operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2 years of relevant experience in network and data center environments.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs).
Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
Hands-on experience with virtualization tools (VMware/Hyper-V).
Knowledge of firewalls and network security practices.
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery tools.
Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Solid documentation and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,067.46 - ₹46,034.46 per month
