Role Summary
An exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketing qualified to drive business growth in Shrink Film and Lemonade product segments. The role involves developing and managing B2B clients, expanding market presence across Jharkhand, building distributor and dealer networks, and achieving sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to increase product sales
Generate leads and onboard new distributors, dealers, and institutional clients
Promote Shrink Film and Lemonade products to retailers, wholesalers, and corporate buyers
Conduct regular market visits across Jharkhand to expand business reach
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
5 to 6 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing
Mandatory experience in Shrink Film and Lemonade product segment
Strong knowledge of Jharkhand market
Willingness to travel extensively across Jharkhand
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build distributor and dealer network
Solid target orientation and business development mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
