Responsibilities
Supervise in office civil, carpentry, electrical, and finishing work.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and labour to meet timelines.
Ensure execution matches approved drawings and quality standards.
Track material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.
Conduct quality checks and resolve in office issues.
Report progress to project managers and the design team.
Requirements
3 6 years of site supervision experience in interiors or construction.
Robust understanding of execution, materials, and finishing.
Ability to read and interpret interior drawings.
Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel between project sites in and around Bangalore.
