Job Title: Cook (Tandoor & South Indian)

Location: Current Delhi

CTC: ₹23,000 - ₹29,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:
Degree (Graduation / Post-Graduation):
Full time B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration
BBA / MBA in Culinary Arts
B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science
MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management

OR

Diploma (Minimum 1.5 Years):
Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Science
Diploma in Food Production
Diploma in Hotel Management
Diploma in Food & Beverage Service

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Tandoor items (roti, naan, kebabs, etc.)
Prepare South Indian dishes (dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, etc.)
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Manage stock and assist in inventory control
Follow safety and food handling guidelines

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
