Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Teacher Performance Monitoring: Regularly observe and evaluate teachers’ classroom practices to ensure high teaching standards.
Curriculum Review & Implementation:Continuously review and refine the curriculum to ensure it is effective, age-appropriate, and aligned with learning goals.
Book & Notebook Checking:Ensure timely and proper correction of students’ books and maintain academic consistency.
Teacher Mentoring:Guide and support teachers in classroom management, lesson delivery, and student engagement strategies.
Classroom Observations: Visit classrooms regularly to identify challenges faced by teachers and students, and provide immediate solutions.
Daily Reporting: Actively report daily progress, observations, and concerns regarding staff and students to the management.
Safety Monitoring: Ensure the school premises are protected, secure, and child-friendly at all times.
Event Planning & Execution: Plan and organize academic and co-curricular events for the holistic development of children.
Demo Sessions & Feedback: Conduct demo classes of teachers and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.
Teaching Aids & Stationery Management:Oversee the availability, organization, and effective usage of teaching aids and classroom stationery. Ensure materials are well-maintained and adequately stocked.

Qualification & Experience:
