Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations / Coordination role
Strong understanding of systems, reporting, and structured workflows
Excellent follow-up and execution skills
Good communication and interdepartmental coordination abilities
Problem-solving attitude with robust sense of responsibility
Willingness to learn, improve processes, and grow professionally
Leadership qualities and managerial potential preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily operational activities efficiently
Manage execution timelines and regular follow-ups
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow




Maintain reports, records, and MIS data
Support process improvements and operational discipline
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
