This is a hands-on execution role, not a desk-only or theoretical job.
Key Responsibilities:Process Coordination:
Track daily work status across teams
Coordinate with departments to ensure tasks move on time
Maintain reports and updates in Excel
Follow up aggressively to avoid delays
Purchase / Procurement:
Coordinate with vendors for raw materials / trims
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and timelines
Maintain purchase records and basic documentation
Compare quotations and support cost tracking
Requirements:
Fresher or up to 1 year experience:
Basic knowledge of Excel (must):
Positive communication and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
