We are looking for a Jewellery Factory Operations Executive with knowledge or experience in demi jewellery to manage daily production activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth operations with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily factory operations and production workflow
Monitor manufacturing processes for demi jewellery (plating, stone setting, finishing, polishing)
Ensure product quality and timely completion of orders
Maintain production records and track order status
Coordinate with designers, vendors, and production teams
Check raw material availability and manage inventory
Identify and resolve operational issues on the shop floor
Ensure safety and cleanliness in the production area

Requirements:




Experience or knowledge in demi/fashion jewellery manufacturing
Understanding of jewellery production processes and quality checks
Positive organizational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Basic knowledge of inventory or production tracking systems

Working Conditions:
Factory workplace with coordination across teams
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Pay: ₹11,441.55 - ₹30,096.32 per month
