About the Role

We're hiring a senior, hands-on Enterprise Data Warehouse Architect to own the design, implementation, and evolution of our DW/BI platform. This isn't a pure strategy role — you'll be deeply involved in architecture decisions and actual delivery, working across data modeling, ETL/ELT, analytics, security, and governance.

What You'll Do

Architecture & Development
Design and implement end-to-end, resilient Data Warehouse architecture with a focus on data quality, error handling, auditability, and scalability
Develop and manage enterprise Data Warehouses and Data Marts supporting current and future analytics needs
Model and implement dimensional data structures (facts, dimensions) using industry best practices
Design, build, test, and deploy large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines
Review existing DW/BI architecture to identify gaps, redundancies,



and optimization prospects
Propose and drive improvements to data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions

Analytics & Business Intelligence
Build enterprise reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics solutions
Analyze complex datasets to surface trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
Ensure BI solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and usability

Security, Governance & Compliance
Own the end-to-end DW security architecture — from design through implementation
Define and enforce authentication, authorization, and data access controls
Implement policy-, rule-, and attribute-based access controls
Manage data-at-rest and data-in-transit security

Leadership & Delivery
Serve as technical lead and mentor for the DW/BI team
Partner with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to define requirements and timelines
Translate complex requirements
