Job Purpose

This role will require interaction across all relevant sites and some travel between OSB Group locations as required.
Core Responsibilities
Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members
Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and product owner, ensuring the team has a transparent understanding of project requirements and priorities
Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices,



fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Remove impediments to the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to address any issues or roadblocks
Track and report on team progress, using Agile metrics (Dev, QE, Security, etc.) and tools to ensure transparency and visibility for stakeholders around team performance and efficiency.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team setting that promotes innovation, creativity, and a commitment to excellence
Assist with resource planning, workload distribution, and cross-team coordination to optimize team productivity and efficiency
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team's capabilities and the overall software development process
