Job Summary:
The Salon Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the salon branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, excellent customer service, staff management, sales growth, and maintaining brand standards. The role involves managing team performance, branch profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory, hygiene, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:1. Branch Operations Management
Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth branch functioning.
Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed properly.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of salon premises and equipment.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and safety standards.
Handle branch administration and operational reporting.
Team Management
Supervise beauticians, therapists, reception staff, housekeeping, and other branch employees.




Prepare staff duty rosters and shift schedules.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
Conduct daily staff briefings and performance reviews.
Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve productivity and service quality.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance issues.
Customer Service & Client Experience
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
Build customer relationships and improve repeat business.
Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve branch sales targets and service revenue goals.
Drive retail product sales and service package promotions.
Monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Track branch profitability
