Position Title : Tactical Sourcing IT

Career Level: Senior Consultant

Location: Pune

The Senior Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting the outsourced procurement and cost‑management function by leading key components of cost planning, tendering activities, and contract administration. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role ensures accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to established quality standards across all assigned workstreams.



The Senior Consultant collaborates closely with the Senior Manager and other stakeholders to drive process efficiencies, strengthen data integrity, and enhance overall service performance. In addition, the role contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and helps maintain a consistent level of operational excellence within the procurement function.

Key Responsibilities

1.Service Delivery & Execution
Support end‑to‑end procurement activities including Pre‑Qualification documents, RFPs, and Two‑Envelope tender management.
Prepare accurate technical feasibility studies, budget estimates, and detailed cost plans for Data Centers, Business Parks, and AEI projects.
Oversee contract administration including progress claim evaluations, variation assessments, and timely final account closures.
Collaboration with Retained AVP
Act as the daily operational liaison to the AVP, providing real time updates on project sta
