Lead Generation / Business Development Executive/Outbound

Location: Lodha Supremus -II, Wagle Estate, Thane
Experience: Minimum 6 months in outbound calling / lead generation

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to potential prospects
Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling and outreach
Conduct multi-channel prospecting via:
Cold calling
LinkedIn outreach
Research and extract data using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, Redrob, etc.
Build and maintain a clean and updated lead database/CRM
Understand prospect requirements and qualify opportunities for the sales team
Set up meetings/demos for the sales team
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads
Maintain daily activity reports (calls, connects, leads generated, meetings booked)

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling / lead generation / inside sales




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High confidence in making cold calls and handling objections
Hands-on experience with lead generation tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined in daily activity tracking
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Good to Have
Experience in B2B lead generation
Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management
