What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
Create and execute sales & marketing strategies to grow market share.
Manage P&L; for the branch and ensure profitability.
Build strong customer relationships and loyalty programs.
Track and analyze sales revenue, market trends, and competition.
Launch innovative initiatives to enhance dealership operations.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing.
At least 2 years in a managerial role within a leading automobile dealership.
Graduate or Diploma.
Age 35+ preferred.
Proven ability to lead and build teams.
Solid business networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and modern business practices.
