Provide complete and accurate product information:
Assist customers with orders, delivery status, customization details, and complaints
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Escalate critical issues to the reporting manager when required
Follow company SOPs, policies, and customer service guidelines
Work towards improving customer satisfaction (CSAT)
