Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements. Explain gold jewellery designs, purity, weight, making charges, and pricing details clearly.

Must have basic knowledge of gold, jewellery, and showroom sales. Follow up with customers through phone/WhatsApp for enquiries and purchase decisions. Maintain positive customer relationships and provide a professional showroom experience. Support billing, product display, stock handling, and daily showroom activities. Achieve sales targets and promote ongoing offers or schemes.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills.

Basic gold and jewellery knowledge is preferred. Experience in jewellery showroom sales is an added advantage.

Should be polite, active, and customer-focused. Must be able to handle customer follow-ups professionally.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹29,450.06 per month
