Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.)
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
Record and analyze test results accurately
Maintain proper documentation and reports
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the lab area
Assist doctors/pathologists in diagnosis when required
Manage inventory of lab supplies and reagents
