Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification, site visits, proposal presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, corporate clients, architects, builders, and channel partners.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the lead generation and sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, track market trends, identify growth prospects, and submit regular MIS and performance reports to management.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in handling client meetings and project discussions.
Ability to lead teams and drive target-oriented performance.
Valuable understanding of CRM systems, sales reporting, and pipeline management.

Preferred Industry Experience:
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Proven experience in B2C and/or B2B sales.

Salary:
Pay: ₹14,208.81 - ₹20,075.48 per month
