Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per doctor’s instructions
Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and allergies
Maintain proper records of medications and controlled drugs
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and pharmacy regulations
Provide guidance to patients on medication usage and side effects
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
Support doctors and nursing staff with drug-related information
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or (D.Pharm) from a recognized institute
Registered Pharmacist with State Pharmacy Council
Key Skills:
Knowledge of medicines and drug compositions
Attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication and patient counseling skills
Inventory and stock management
Basic computer knowledge (billing/software)
Understanding of hospital pharmacy operations
