Are you an HR qualified with experience across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Payroll, and HR Compliance? We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team and support our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives and analyze employee feedback.
Manage employee records, HR databases, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal HR policies.
Support HR audits and compliance activities.
Assist with Learning & Development, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and automation.
Support HRIS and other digital HR tools.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering recruitment, retention, compliance, payroll, and other HR metrics.
Manage monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure statutory compliance relating to PF, ESI, TDS,



Professional Tax, LWF, and other applicable requirements.
Maintain salary structures, allowances, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and payroll records.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources

Experience: 4–8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations

Experience in a multinational or dynamic organizational environment is required

CIPD, SHRM, or other advanced HR certifications will be an advantage
Fluent in English – both spoken and written

Robust strategic thinking, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Ability to manage change and support organizational growth
