We are seeking a highly capable Senior Account Officer with strong UK accounting experience to lead and develop our finance function supporting UK businesses.

This is a senior role requiring strong technical accounting knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to independently manage financial operations across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations
Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
VAT compliance and UK financial reporting
Cash flow monitoring and financial analysis
Supervising bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable functions
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting
Assisting with year-end accounts, audits, and statutory compliance
Developing finance processes, controls, and reporting systems
Supporting directors with operational and financial decision-making

Essential Requirements:
Significant experience working with UK accounts and UK businesses
Solid understanding of UK accounting standards, VAT, and compliance requirements




Experience managing finance functions or supervising accounting staff
Robust working knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of finance operations
Fluent spoken and written English

Qualifications:
CA / ACCA / ACA qualified or equivalent qualified qualification preferred
Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience in UK accounting or finance environment
Experience working with UK accounting firms, outsourcing companies, or UK-based SMEs strongly preferred

Preferred Experience:
Payroll, corporation tax, and multi-company accounting experience
Experience implementing reporting systems and finance process improvements

Working Arrangement:
Full-time office-based role preferred

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
