We are looking for an experienced Keka HRMS Implementation Consultant to support the end-to-end implementation across modules like Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Hiring, and Performance Management. The role involves setting up the system from scratch and ensuring HR processes are properly configured within the platform.

This prospect is ideal for specialists who have previously implemented HRMS solutions and understand how to translate real HR operations into system configurations. The goal is to ensure a smooth transition for the client, from system setup to go-live.

What You Will Do:
Configure HR systems based on the organizational requirements
Setup payroll structures including salary components and policies
Define attendance rules and shift policies
Implement leave policies and approval workflows




Map company hierarchy such as branches, departments, and roles
Handle employee data migration into the HRMS system
Train HR teams on how to use the platform effectively
Support final testing and go-live deployment

Experience With Platforms Like:
Keka HR

Required Experience:
Prior experience implementing HRMS for 1000+ employee organizations
Hands-on experience configuring payroll and attendance systems
Experience managing end-to-end HRMS onboarding and implementation
