Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key business metrics
Be the custodian of business data and always on top of metrics - spot trends and anomalies
Perform RCAs and suggest improvements
Own business processes along with business team members - evaluate processes, identify prospects and implement solutions
Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, insurance partners) and drive timely deliverables

Preferred candidate profile
B.Tech graduate from Tier1 College/ University.
Prior experience in SQL and Advanced MS Excel is required.
Advanced expertise in data analysis.
Analytical frame of mind and a comfortable with large ambiguous datasets
Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems & come up with solutions.
Experience in Data Manipulation in Python/R is a plus.
