We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be outbound calling for insurance products (Motor, Health, and Life Insurance).

This role is heavily focused on telecalling and client interaction, with additional responsibilities across healthcare services, recruitment support, and financial product promotion based on performance and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:Primary Role - Telecalling (Insurance Sales)
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Promote and sell:
Motor Insurance
Health Insurance
Life Insurance
Explain product features, advantages, and pricing clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
Handle customer queries professionally
Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets

Secondary Responsibilities (Based on Performance)
Health Services (Health Checkup Packages)
Call clients to promote diagnostic and health checkup packages
Assist with bookings and follow-ups
Recruitment Support (IntelAltus Division)




Conduct initial screening calls
Coordinate interview schedules
Financial Services (Asja Wealth Division)
Promote mutual funds and stock market training programs
Generate leads for investment-related services
Positive communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English
Confident speaking and convincing ability
Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling is an advantage
Ability to handle targets and client interactions
Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome
