We are seeking an organized, motivated, and technically skilled Travel Agent to join our Payouts Team in Mumbai and Pune.

This role is part of the Customer Service function and plays a key role within our Back Office operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled who can drive execution excellence and contribute to continuous improvement within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently




Handle financial transactions with a high level of precision
Maintain strict attention to detail and quality standards
Ensure compliance with internal financial and operational procedures

As a Payouts Travel Agent, you will work extensively with financial transactions. This role requires robust analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a consistent focus on accuracy and quality.

Main responsibilities
Handle Refund Queues (GDS, LCC, BSP link) & Google sheets
Prioritize and handle payouts to our end customers
Control handled payouts in respective systems
Manage pending backlog in timely manner
Contact Airlines & Providers for different issues
Analyze and propose solutions for task optimizations & automations
Cooperate with other teams to resolve any pending issues.

Basic Qualifications
At least one year experience as a Travel Agent
Experience with airline, OTA’s CRM & sof
