What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Development:
Identify and research potential clients
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, meetings, networking, and attending industry events.
Client Engagement:
Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions.
Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Ensure customer satisfaction for all recent and existing clientele
Sales Conversion:
Convert leads into sales by effectively demonstrating product advantages and value propositions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market demand.
Sales Planning:
Develop and implement sales tactics to achieve company targets and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions as per company guidelines.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Technical skill requirements of the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
Working experience of using microsoft office tools like Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Experience in using google products like Gmail, Gdrive etc.
Soft skill requirements of the role:
Excellent oral and verbal communication
