Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential/commercial strata properties
Coordinate with committee members, owners, and service providers
Arrange and attend strata committee meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
Oversee maintenance requests and contractor coordination
Ensure compliance with relevant strata legislation and regulations
Prepare budgets, review financial reports, and monitor levy collections
Handle insurance claims and policy renewals
Maintain accurate property records and documentation
Provide timely and professional responses to client queries

Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Strata Management
Robust understanding of strata laws and property management practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously




Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with strata management software (preferred)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
