We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our cafe team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, handling customer orders, and delivering an excellent guest experience in a quick-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers by understanding their coffee preferences and service needs.
Educate customers about coffee beverages, menu items, and brewing methods.
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
Recommend beverages and upsell products to enhance customer experience and sales.
Take customer orders accurately and handle billing/POS operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the cafe and workstations.
Refill stock and monitor inventory levels when required.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
Support smooth day-to-day cafe operations and teamwork during busy hours.
Required Skills:

Preferred Experience
Minimum 3 months of experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry required.
