The Purchase Executive s responsible for planning, sourcing, negotiating, and procuring construction materials, equipment, and services required for real estate projects. The role ensures cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and quality compliance.
Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers for cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, finishing materials, etc.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Monitor market trends and material price fluctuations.
Handle documentation (quotations, comparison statements, invoices, contracts).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
