Logistics & Issuing: Issue goods to various hotel departments (F&B;, housekeeping) based on approved requisitions.
Storage Maintenance: Maintain clean, protected, and organized storerooms, including coolers and freezers, while ensuring all items are stacked according to health and safety standards.
Reporting: Promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or low stock levels to the Store Manager or Storekeeper.
FIFO Management: Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures to prevent spoilage of perishable items.
