What You’ll Do
Platform Management (Core Responsibility):
Handle Uengage and Petpooja dashboards daily
Update menu, pricing, availability
Ensure systems are synced and running smoothly
Order Management:
Monitor orders across platforms
Ensure zero missed or delayed orders
Coordinate with store team for smooth execution
Issue Resolution:
Identify and fix backend/order issues quickly
Coordinate with Uengage support when needed
Follow up until problems are resolved
Basic Operations Support:
Assist in daily store operations when required
Coordinate with team across functions
Step in to solve issues on-ground
Events Support:
Assist in small events or activations
Help with coordination and execution
What We’re Looking For
Experience or solid familiarity with Uengage + Petpooja (mandatory):
Detail-oriented (small errors = lost orders)
Rapid and reliable
Problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with both backend and on-ground work
Based in Hyderabad
