ROLE PURPOSE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

The Sales Executive exists to increase walk-in to bill conversion by actively engaging customers, explaining products clearly, and driving closure on the shop floor.

This is a frontline, high-energy sales role, not a customer service desk.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY: SALES & CONVERSION

You are directly responsible for:
Actively approaching walk-in customers - no waiting, no passivity
Explaining product features, advantages, and prices accurately
Using product knowledge to recommend the right gear for customer needs
Asking for the sale and pushing for closure
Handling multiple customers simultaneously during peak hours
Making follow-up calls to customers to close pending sales or drive repeat visits

Walk-in to Bill Conversion %

Performance will be tracked regularly. Low conversion will be questioned. Footfall is not an acceptable excuse.
PRODUCT & STORE DISCIPLINE OWNERSHIP

Sales Executives are expected to:
Ensure correct product tagging and barcode accuracy
Maintain robust stock awareness (sizes, variants,



availability)
Stay focused on selling and conversion, not back-end operations
WORK ETHIC & BEHAVIOUR EXPECTATIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

You must be:
Willing to work weekends and public holidays
Comfortable with long retail hours and standing
Energetic, alert, and visibly urgent on the shop floor
Willing to follow defined sales scripts and pitch guidelines
Comfortable being measured, reviewed, and coached on performance
EXPERIENCE & PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 18 months of retail sales experience (apparel / gear / lifestyle retail)
Prior experience in brand-exclusive stores is an advantage
Interest in motorcycling is preferred, not mandatory
Explicit communication skills and confident customer interaction

You must demonstrate:
High energy and urgency throughout store hours
Willingness to push for sales rather than wait passively
