Experience with UX/UI changes-translating design mock-ups into functional components, accessibility (WCAG), and user interaction patterns.
Valuable to have: Experience in Contact Center technologies and CTI integration knowledge.
Experience in Genesys cloud and Genesys API.
Troubleshooting experience in WebRTC.
