Explain treatments, procedures, packages, and pricing clearly.
Convert enquiries and leads into clinic appointments.
Follow up with leads and existing clients through calls and messages.
Build robust relationships with clients and ensure a positive experience.
Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team when required.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
Achieve counselling and conversion targets.
