Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
Maintain purchase records, bills, and related documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for material and service requirements.
Compare quotations and support the vendor selection process.
Ensure accuracy of quantity, quality, and pricing as per purchase orders.
Support inventory and stock-related activities in coordination with the stores team.
Help in resolving basic supplier and invoice-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures.
Eligibility / Qualification
B.Com (Freshers only)
Basic knowledge of procurement and commercial concepts
Positive communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Preferred Skills
Positive analytical and negotiation skills
Attention to detail
Basic understanding of GST and purchase documentation (added advantage)
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
