Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate bartenders and bar stewards during shifts
Ensure high-quality customer service and drink standards
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the bar
Assist in training and guiding staff
Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues
Support inventory control and stock monitoring
Goal:
To maintain excellent service standards while ensuring effective and skilled bar operations.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
