Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer interactions professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical support.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience in International Voice Process
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Robust listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
