Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Agency.
Experience handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex.
Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Qualification
Master's degree in any discipline.
HR certification will be an added advantage.

₹25,000 - ₹32,000 per month (Based on interview & experience)
