Job Role and Responsibilities:
Prescription Validation – Review the doctor’s Prescription, checking their Validity
and legality.
Prescription digitization in OMS screen
Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create
Order for all
“Prescription upload” cases.
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Desired Skills
Sound Knowledge on Therapeutic classification of Drugs
Positive communication skills
Working Days in a Week: 6 days
