Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor production line machinery, ensuring smooth operations.
Quality Control: Inspect finished goods for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
Documentation: Record production data, material usage, and downtime in logs or systems.

Meet production targets and collaborate with team members to optimize work flow
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating machinery, understanding technical manuals, and basic troubleshooting.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot flaws and maintain high quality standards.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
Communication: Ability to communicate with team members and supervisors.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; previous manufacturing experience is often preferred
