We are looking for a well-spoken and professional Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries for our e-commerce brand, Xctasy.co.

The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Handle customer queries on calls and WhatsApp.
Provide support related to products, orders, delivery, payments, and returns.
Resolve customer concerns in a polite and professional manner.
Coordinate with the team whenever customer issues need internal support.
Maintain a positive and skilled customer experience.

Requirements:
Positive English communication skills are required.
Valuable Hindi communication skills.
Polite, patient, and confident speaking style.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer support experience is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
