Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative assets.
Develop and oversee visual designs for digital campaigns, presentations, e-learning modules, social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, medical, UX, account management, and project management teams.
Ensure adherence to client branding, design standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.
Review, provide feedback, and approve creative deliverables before final submission.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and workload planning.
Drive innovation by adopting recent design trends, tools, and creative best practices.
Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts,



or a related field.
6+ years of experience in graphic design, with 2+ years in a team leadership role.
Robust proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma and After Effects is preferred.
Excellent visual design, branding, typography, and storytelling skills.
Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences communications is preferred.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.

Healthcare marketing and omnichannel campaign experience.
Motion graphics and multimedia design expertise.
Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed teams.
