About the Role:
Greet and welcome clients, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations.

Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and providing tailored advice.

Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.

Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Identify and pursue current business opportunities to expand the client base.

Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue.

Requirements:
Expertise in building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Ability to provide personalized service and tailor recommendations to individual client preferences.

In-depth knowledge of luxury jewelry products, including features, trends, and market conditions.

Experience in organizing and hosting exclusive client events, previews,



and private showings.

Skills in coordinating logistics and delivering high-quality event experiences.

Skills in managing client relationships with professionalism and discretion.

Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and enhancing the client experience.

Robust problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding effective solutions to client needs and challenges.

Strong attention to detail in managing client accounts, transactions, and records.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
